Here's a link to the article. The bottom part is most disturbing where the Milwaukee Police Chief says that his officers will "put on the ground" anyone found open carrying.
I should clarify my last post. I guess the AG didn't condone hassling. He issued a ruling that WI statues do not prohibit OC and the local LEO's are the one's stating that they will still order people to the ground and treat them like criminals.

Well, you get hassled, or you stay safe. I rarely find myself in WI, so it wont really be an issue for me.
For those that it is an issue, write letters to their legislation, write to police departments, etc. Tell them to get rid of OC without permit, and adopt the Florida model. That seems to be the best compromise.
