Yep.
This is our 7th, never bought a ticket for a baby for anything in the last 16 years, not even the Jimmy Buffet concert we took a 4 week old to.
Another example of people trying to do things right rather than doing the right things. So concerned about following the letter of the rules rather than the spirit.Got tickets to today's game for my wife and I, got turned away at the gate because we didn't have a ticket for 12# 5 month old Violet. For just $114 I could have bought a ticket for her.
So irritated I'm not thinking real well. It's probably a published policy and I should have known but really? I can fly with her without a ticket but not go to an NFL game?
Why wait until the child is birthed? Pregnant=extra ticket. If a woman went into labor at a game, they'd probably try and charge her for another ticket.
Meh, I've never been in either dome. The only money jimmy or old man bob got from me were the taxes that indy leadership handed out to them. Welfare at it's worst.
BIL has 4 season tickets. He is a died in the wool fan. We have been to a few season games and 2 playoff games on his tickets. Those free days always cost at least $100 with parking/snacks/beers etc.
I like the experiences we have had but the TV is so much better. We DVR the game yesterday and watched it when we came inside. Blew through the mindless commercials and sideline talking head crap.
Perfect.
My beer is a lot colder.
I wouldnt bring a 5 month old to a game to begin with...
May just depend on who you deal with at the window.
