Yes, the ruling was due out last Summer anyway.I agree, it's very scary. We can not know until it's too late that there will never be a nation effecting election we can win again?
On the other hand, in recent years we had wins and or better than should have results in VA, PA, NY and NJ.
Another thing to consider is how sentiment can vary with successful national narrative changes. Would we have had the red wave we were supposed to last election, if not for the SCOTUS ruling on Roe vs Wade? Would SCOTUS have ruled on Roe prior to the election, had they not been prompted by the leak? Why have we still not found the leaker?
Anybody can see that Trump garnered more opposition, and more effective opposition, than any Republican in history. All that remains to determine, as you mention below, are the reasons for that opposition. I happen to believe his positions on the issues were a big part of that opposition. However if you can't acknowledge his personality and PR judgement also played into that, I think you're not being honest with yourself. The guy is an a$$hole, and what has become apparent over time, is that the ratio of long-term benefits to negative consequences has not been worth it.Blaming Trump for the failures of the republican party I see. I am sure The CoC candidates will be able to deliver “lasting noticeable changes”.
40 members of the house, including the speaker, retired rather than contribute to “lasting noticeable changes”. The senate was lost with McConnell playing politics instead of winning.
I can tell you this for certain, any candidate that wins and does not face the level of opposition Trump does is a Manchurian candidate…
Any Republican will draw Leftist opposition. The key, as has been mentioned over and over in this thread, is for that opposition to have been well-earned in exchange for lasting America First accomplishments. Because Trump has no lasting AF accomplishments - but yet the negative aspects of his persona are still stinging us today - his effectiveness ratio stands in negative territory. You seem to have a bias that Trump alone gets more enemy fire than other potential candidates will and choosing one of benign nature will magically reduce the rate of that fire. You seem to believe that it is Trumps abrasive and at times rude personality that creates a target for that fire. It is not. It is what he espouses that is the actual target. Trump gets more fire because he is over the target.
To believe that a benign candidate will draw less fire one must ignore the treatment of McCain and Romney as Presidential candidates even though both were hold your nose candidates for many conservatives. Both were smeared as literally Hitler and their coiffed nature and press sucking up had no bearing on being smeared.
You act like this is all just given to a President that is not part of the club in DC. A president could do a lot of heroic work just getting elected, using his pen to make things better, and working his tail off to get other AF representatives elected to congress. Oh my god! I just described what Trump was and is doing…WTF do you think a president is going to do outside of that?
The pink haired girl at the nursing home cancels all of INGO out.You are very inspired by Trump.
My wife's aunt is inspired to show up and vote against him, even though she hates politics.
She cancels you out.
Do you think your inspiration is more important than hers?
We have to soberly evaluate what he's getting us, versus what he's costing us.

So do the 14 ballots she harvested from the disabled on the 2nd floor. The pink haired girl at the nursing home cancels all of INGO out.
Correlation does not equal causation. Trumps personality and political positions did not change, the left loved it when he was going after Jeb and the gang, but after he won the nomination things changed, (and it sure as heck was not his personality). That many cannot accept that Trump used that abrasiveness to win the election is as interesting as the squishies that cannot abide a man that speaks his mind…Anybody can see that Trump garnered more opposition, and more effective opposition, than any Republican in history. All that remains to determine, as you mention below, are the reasons for that opposition. I happen to believe his positions on the issues were a big part of that opposition. That was my implication…So do the 14 ballots she harvested from the disabled on the 2nd floor.
I think we should forgo the 2024 election and have Trump in a flintlock pistol duel with the dem nominee last one standing is President.Trump pulled back the curtain. He called a duck a duck. He's crazy in a very stable genius way. Do we vote for the well feathered gentleman? With his alma mater, his backers? Or do we send the bull into the glass money-printing shop to pull back more curtains? Tip over desks and demand loyalty and results for America First? Election Integrity. Without it, we vote for whom we're told.
With the white glove slap or it never happened.I think we should forgo the 2024 election and have Trump in a flintlock pistol duel with the dem nominee last one standing is President.
I missed your wording. Your comment obviously covers the second floor too. That was my implication…
Kamala didn't even make it to the first primary. After all my years of living I still hear about how the Repubs need to learn from the Dems when it comes to elections. That says something, something major.
The left is pretty solid, united regardless who is at the helm, regardless who is running. For goodness sakes, they had Kamala and Biden in the primary and they were supported. As soon as the "party leaders" said who they needed to support, they did it. This is how they win, not only elections but further their agenda.
We know the oppositions game plan, we know it works but we refuse to use their tactics to further our agenda AND/OR fail to call them out when a foul is obvious.
We cannot go another election before it's too late.
Idunno. How many beds is it. INGO’s pretty big.The pink haired girl at the nursing home cancels all of INGO out.
Some of the Bernie Bros voted for Trump.Kamala didn't even make it to the first primary.
If the left is so solid, why did the anointed one lose to trump in 2016? Did the Bernie bros staying home have anything to do with that?
