Maybe someone should have worked harder in the primaries to give us a better choice. You guys do know that if Young loses, this becomes the new, “some here voted for this”.
Could not get purple text for some reason…

I'm perfectly fine with that. Sceniak aligns with my beliefs better than Young and his voting record. You guys do know that if Young loses, this becomes the new, “some here voted for this”.

In that case I would like to ask you to write in my name because I likely align more closely to your beliefs than Sceniak does, we both have the same chance of winning.I'm perfectly fine with that. Sceniak aligns with my beliefs better than Young and his voting record.
The constitution says nothing about voting for those that have an “actual chance” of winning. Besides exactly what metric has been used and published that show Young is the choice that has and actua chance of winning? Or is that your unprofessional conclusion? In that case I would like to ask you to write in my name because I likely align more closely to your beliefs than Sceniak does, we both have the same chance of winning.
Joking aside, I do not understand when so many stopped believing in the constitutional process and are striking out on their own. The constitution lays out the requirements for federal office. The legislature lays out the process per the constitution. The citizens should decide who aligns with their beliefs from those actually with a chance to win the race, otherwise they all should just write in their own name as they clearly align with their own thinking more than any other candidate…
If the dems take over it’s not because of my vote, but because the party doesn’t want me or my values to be represented by them. They have chosen to be affiliated with values out of step with conservatives and they are willing to die on those less than conservative values. That is their choice. If the GOP loses it’s Indiana seat, it’s because they chose to run on the wrong set of values.Happy to oblige, and happy to let the Dems just take over? Look, I get it. We've often been given the choice between two sandwiches. The difference is the condiments, but I won't buy the Dem sandwich no matter how they try and dress it up.
Our constitution set up a system that we the people get to choose our representatives but some conservatives are not happy with that system and are talking about how they are going to teach lessons to candidates. The candidates are not getting bit on the rear end, we conservatives are.The constitution says nothing about voting for those that have an “actual chance” of winning. Got it, someone needs to put up candidates aligned with your values. Good luck waiting for that elusive perfection…If the dems take over it’s not because of my vote, but because the party doesn’t want me or my values to be represented by them. Sometimes hitting rock bottom is required to force change. I’ve voted for the “lesser of two evils” long enough. No more.Got it, someone needs to put up candidates aligned with your values. Good luck waiting for that elusive perfection…
The "Bull Moose" Progressive Pary was not established until the 1912 election. T. Roosevelt running that ticket lost. As the Vice-president he had ascended to the Presidency as a Republican when McKinley was assassinated in 1901. Theodore Roosevelt ran for re-election in 1904 as a Republican and won. He did not run in 1908.After Progressive Teddy got elected POTUS from the new Progressive Party. The Democrats and Republicans had a melt down. They came together to make sure another 3rd party would never get elected again. Made up all the laws and such and voted on it. Makes it very hard for a 3rd party to jump through all the hoops. The D and R came together on this. So how many 3rd party have won much of anything and none have been POTUS. Its a tough battle to fight. And your fighting a system created against you by 2 parties that hate anyone they can't control. Both parties spend and out spend the other party....thats how we got to $31 Trillion. Its a lost cause at this point. You could have every single politicians a democrat...or a republican ........it won't change a thing.....they will keep spending and printing $$$$ like no tomorrow....prove me wrong. When was the last time they we were out of debt.....? How much was the debt when Carter was in? how much was in when Raegan was in? Bush? Clinton? Bush? Obama? Trump? Biden? These clowns go to DC and and fall in love with the bribes and $$$$$. Remember abortion....Raegan ran on if he got it he would sign abortion to be illegal. Which is funny since he legalized it as governor of CA before Roe vs Wade. They had majority in house and senate the first 2 years....di nothing they promised, raised taxes and printed $$$ then lost the house and or the senate then "tried" to fight for pro-life but failed becasue they didn't have the numbers....but they "tried" and that kept the votes coming it. Ya I'm old and I don't forget stuff...how about "read my lips"......I ask.....who are the real communist and socialist really.....? I talk bad about republicans because that how I have always voted. So I have the right to judge my own. Todd Young won't get my vote. At least I'm still free to choose.....rant over.
This is like a Biden speech. Do you even read what you're posting? Our constitution set up a system that we the people get to choose our representatives but some conservatives are not happy with that system and are talking about how they are going to teach lessons to candidates. If one does not like the choices, get choices you like on the ballot.
If one does not like the process to get their choices on the ballot, elect choices that will change that process.
Conservatives are making headway and can take over the republican party if we keep the momentum Trump began…
So which is it? Young is too centrist to vote for but Tulsi is very interesting. Talk about bidenesqueThis is like a Biden speech. Do you even read what you're posting?
Yes, both. They're not mutually exclusive. So which is it? Young is too centrist to vote for but Tulsi is very interesting. Talk about bidenesque
But certainly seem contradictory…Yes, both. They're not mutually exclusive.
No, only to you.But certainly seem contradictory…
This site reminded me that the stated republican party values are not my values. I can’t vote in good faith for a party member that doesn’t represent my values. Clearly true conservatives need to move to a party more aligned with their values. The GOP is not a party that wants or needs your conservative vote.
Curly bill dies in a creek. Just sayin.
Yes. He ran as a Progressive and won more states than the Republican rival did. That’s what scared both parties to establish themselves above anyone else, making it extremely difficult for it to ever happen again to either party. That’s how Wilson another progressive on the democrat side won.The "Bull Moose" Progressive Pary was not established until the 1912 election. T. Roosevelt running that ticket lost. The end result is that to get change the parties must be taken over, the democrats party was taken over by progressives and now, MAGA is taking over the republicans…Yes.
