Just determine the average hormone levels of males and females. An athlete who maintains the appropriate hormone levels for a year (or however long the medical community says is necessary to provide equality) can compete as that gender. This will also address any unusual endocrine conditions which might result in skewed hormone levels among apparently normal males and females.
Or we could go with the simple solution of men go in men’s sports and women go in women’s sports.

To really get the damage to women this must be read all the way through, not that most here don’t get it. Don’t use reader so you can see the tweets…

“This thread from @i_heart_bikes 'celebrating' trans women cyclists after the EU removed a bunch of her tweets for 'defamation and insult' (seriously!) is one of those threads.”

So the thread author instead of being critical decided to “celebrate” the subject, they needed to write this stuff in purple. :lmfao:

    "She's a natural"

Um, did they/them just steal the word 'natural' ? I guess when they/them own the whole alphabet and most punctuation, they/them can steal any word they want.
Those posts were ALL sarcasm in response to the previous posts pointing out the absurdity being deleted. I also believe that post may have had a groin shot with a bulge big Mike would be proud of. Hence my purple comment…

Mine was sarc too, with maybe a tinge of disdain. I liked the one where the cyclist "wasn't developed" in time for the Olympics. I'm a bit surprised there are so many dudes competing in women's cycling. I figured there would be a few crazies, but that list is long.

Did you see the latest one where the dude was complaining that the girls didn’t congratulate him the way they did other girls?

Attorney General Ken Paxton announced today that a federal court has vacated the controversial Title IX guidance nationwide.

The ruling included a permanent injunction against its enforcement against Texas and its schools.

The Biden administration’s 1,500-page rewrite of Title IX added “gender identity” as a protected class and would force K-12 schools to allow boys into girls’ facilities and activities. Schools that refused were threatened with loss of federal education funds.

In response to the rewrite, Gov. Greg Abbott instructed the Texas Education Agency to ignore the new Title IX rule. He later directed all public universities to also ignore the rewrite.

Meanwhile, Paxton sued to stop enforcement of the new rule.
