Some day I think the mad scientists there will create something the earth will disappear into. Or maybe we'll just slide into another dimension.

Actually I think it's fascinating science. Maybe some day before my time is up we'll be able to fold space and travel way beyond our galaxy in a matter of a few seconds. Just watched the movie Interstellar yesterday...it could happen.
