Well I was doing good - just got off the phone - cousin (55yrs old) passed away this morning - lung cancer .

And yet another reason I do not use them anymore. Had similar BS issues with the system a while back and stepped away from it.
It does make things easier to buy on line and all but no longer interested in them.
