You look at CDNN and EVERY 226 is a .40. Amazing. It would appear Sig only sold 226's in 40 if you didn't know different. No department trade-in 9mm 226's?

I've noticed about the same thing at the gun stores with trade ins, a lot of 40s, but only the occasional 9, and I don't think I'd seen any in 357Sig.

I still carry my old 228's daily.. Keep thinking about moving to the 229's but other than being the newer version with a couple more rounds in the mag I can't find a reason to change.

Just buy the mec-gar 15rd mags. The mec-gar 18rd mags function just fine in my German P228

I pretty much agree here, I've been going back and forth as I already have the M11A1 too, but I'm thinking of my P228 as still better, although I'll have a handful less rounds

Had to travel to the Region again yesterday so I carried the M11-a1 and a couple extra mags plus had the S&W 442 in my pocket.

I probably won't leave the house today. If I put pants on, I will likely wear the P228.

I didn't leave the house yesterday and probably won't today either. Working from home rules :yesway:

I've been wearing sweats, but my Legion is sitting on the desk beside me and I take it wherever I happen to wander throughout the house.

I keep something with me or nearby all the time, like the AK in my office. A guy never knows.
