Wait, wait... 1962? You mean, back when you could walk into a hardware store, put money on the counter, and walk out with a handgun? When you could order a rifle and ammo through the US mail? When, if you had $200 for the stamp, you could buy a brand new, full-auto rifle, no FFL, no background check, no waiting periods?

Back when people were still proud to be Americans, and the news media reflected that?

    That 1962?

Surely not... No, if all that was true, then that would mean that Democrat policies and procedures took the Motor City from boom to bust in less than 50 years. That can't be.... or can it?

    Blessings,
    Bill

Nope, I'll still have them regardless of which dip**** wins. It's hyperbole, sorry it went over your head.

Hyperbole has no room in American politics.

Although, Pudly's response makes me realize something: it's all the same. No matter what candidate your rabidly supporting it's, "America sucks because they are ______, and _____ will make it better. If _______ wins, America is lost."

I guess it's how you define the American dream, "right to be a selfish *******" or "lots of free stuff paid for my the government".

There are still people that believe in what America can be (or could be again)

We're looking for a road map, but we believe that "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"

And we believe Trump is that step

    The IRS takes your money.
Congress gives that money to fund democrat and republican politicians so they can get elected.
The Libertarian Party wishes to get their seat at this table.
The IRS will take more of your money to fund another set of policiticans.

That's a pretty cynical outlook for you.

    I like it.

Almost. The libertarians want to get rid of the IRS and let you keep your money.
