I might have to try it. I just hate to commit to a whole bottle if I find out I don't like it. Really the only thing I use hot sauce for is wings.

It's true. If you had mine, you would forever be disappointed with Bob Evans. There's not nearly enough sausage in it. You might get lucky and catch a little fleck of sausage here and there, but that's it.

The only "sauce" I put on eggs is either sausage gravy, or hollandaise (for eggs benedict). Mmm... I haven't made eggs benedict in a long time, but the hollandaise is really a two person operation and nobody else is up when I have breakfast.

Not hard to do. Just actually use sausage! I equate Bob Evans sausage gravy to Subway subs when it comes to meat content.
