That is what I have been working on, finishing up reviews on my two new employees. After I get them completed, then i will have to meet with them to review them. we have two big official reviews and then the main one is the evaluation, that determines raise/bonus. the reviews of course go into the evals.I need to fill out my mid-year review. I hate that crap. I swear it feels like we have reviews every other month.

Oh no, that doesn't make much sense... my boss asked me for a self eval several years ago and I did pretty well. I said my one weakness was I just cared too darn much about doing things right.But see, you are doing their reviews. We have to do our own. Makes no sense to me. Seems like a supervisor should be doing the employees' reviews.
