I use our half bath more than the main bath for my "business" in the mornings so I don't wake DoggyMama, and it's a "manual", so I have to lower it slowly by hand! The things we do for love...

I haven't had beef ribs in forever. Not since I was managing the Sizzler in Lafayette. We used to have all you can eat bbq beef ribs.

There isn't a whole of lot of meat on them.

Ours were fairly meaty, but yeah, not like pork ribs. Once, our distributor sent us a case (probably 30 or 40 lbs) of beef short ribs by mistake. We couldn't serve them because they weren't "to spec", so the owner gave them to me. OMG... the meat was like hunks of prime rib.
