No, it's more along the lines that they see Clinton as the old guard, the status quo. They know what her, or any other traditional politician (Republican or Democrat) would do. Trump is an unknown quantity. They haven't he slightest of what he actually will do. If they're freaking out so much that the DOW starts crashing, that's an indication that they think Trump has a puncher's chance.
