Howdy everyone! I stayed home from work last night. Apparently I hurt my back yesterday helping move a new fridge into the basement of my church.

my great uncle, Grandfathers brother, was crushed by a piece of farm equipment he was loading on a trailer when the cable broke and it rolled back on him.

being crushed is one of my top three ways of not to die.

Little known fact. Cold pizza is actually better for you if you are a man. Something about the properties of the licopines in the tomato sauce that change when it's cold. Good for prostate health!
