Well, My Brother and his family are home for the next 4 weeks and I'm not used to waking up every 90 minutes to crying babies

Not your baby, not your responsibility to get up with him/her, then put some ear plugs in. My daughter used to sleep with ear plugs and eye shades when she was in college and had to get up early to do student teaching and she lived with a bunch of girls who partied.

I'm healthy right now though. I also am used to 5 hrs or so a night.

You can split the foam ones in half with scissors and they still work pretty good without putting so much pressure on your ears. Ask me how I know.

Chuck go to Wal-Mart and get the silicone ear plugs, they don't go into your ears and push they mold around the ear on the outside, I can sleep with them in all night, my wife snores big time and it is the only way we ca stay in the same room to sleep!
