Good luck with the job Rayne! Are they downsizing or something?!

Not downsizing, just bureaucracy at it's best. I'm not holding my breath but I believe I still have a job for now. See I work off federal and private grants, but they are funnelled through the state. The state is requiring my termination and then possible rehiring me. This will happen every year because they don't want me to work more than 11 months out of the year.
