Fresh Pecan Pie is hard to beat in my opinion

Yep, I do this. All my pecans are fresh from an orchard in Missouri.(my 3 grafted trees aren't big enough to produce yet) I hand shell them and freeze them for pies and such later in the year. I made pecan pie for the ladies steel demo, but cowgirl only posted a picture of the apple pie because I had put INGO on the top crust. Someday you guys will get pies, but they won't be any way near as good as PBCB from what I hear.
