At 24 years old, I can assure you I had my days of "cheap eats" and hard times. We used to make mustard sandwiches. Just mustard and bread. We also had spaghetti and tomato juice. The spaghetti and tomato juice, to this day, is one of my favorite meals.

I've posted this before somewhere but it applies here too. I once survived for about 2 weeks on nothing more than cheap, day old donuts from the grocery store (I think they were 50 cents/dozen or something like that) and free coffee from work. I could have went home to Mom's for a meal anytime I wanted but I refused to admit that I could use the help. Ahh the days of bachelorhood.
