Morning CM. Nice steady rain here. I woke up at 5:15 determined to walk the dogs since I missed yesterday. Opened the door and it was raining. I can't get my dogs to go out for a quick pee in the rain, let alone a whole walk.

Installed the new dishwasher last night, wifes happy. Realized the dishwasher inlet barb to the old disposal broke. Now another project tonight.

I'm going to need more beer for this installation. But, if the wife is happy, I am happy.

She actually requested a new dishwasher in the first place.

I have replaced every major appliance in the house this year including the TV in the family room.
Well, not the disposal. That will most likely explode in flames now that I have posted this.

Yeah, the wall mount was a major investment. If I would have bought a smaller TV it would have been half the price.
New furnace in the works. I forgot about that. Good thing that is what we do.

Like I said....living the American dream of home ownership.
