Yes you should have...a lot of people didn't show up, what a shame too, there was a ton of food, lots of friendly people and a lot of fun to be had.

I now declare that all the holidays have been canceled. My family can't agree when to get together so I am canceling them.

I know what your going threw, My wife did that a few years ago! the straw that broke the camels back was Christmas Dinner we had for the whole family and we had one DIL that sat out in their car the whole day to punish her husband (our Son)for not helping with the kids that morning! that was on top of a long list of things like that happening on family get together!

Now we just do our own thing! we stop by our kids homes now on holidays or just take off and spend the time together just the two of us!
