Bidets are quite rare aroud here, it's kinda oldfashioned and you just find them in old bathroom also I think they still make modern ones.
More popular in other parts of Europe.

I went to a gas station somewhere in Missouri once that had 4 stalls in the women's restroom. Two were toilets, two were bidets. It was really odd. Never seen that in a dirty gas station before.

First of all, I smoke like a chimney when I'm drinking so I wouldn't notice. Second, if your cubby hole is hidden how would I notice smoke coming out of it anyway??
