Not sure if we are going to go. Wife may have an opportunity to work. We need the hours more than I need another Appleseed weekend. She has had her hours cut, she is only getting one or two days a week.

Ouch, that hurts the ole budget. I'm going to be instructing at Redbrush this weekend. I won't be at Crawfordsville. We have relatives near Redbrush so I have a place to stay. Crawfordsville would require me sleeping in the back of my van. It's getting a bit nippy to be doing that.

    What did you get Rayne???

A couple weeks ago I won a crossbow at the local festival. I couldn't cock it. It's 160# pull. I ordered a rope cocker, that cuts the pull in half. I wondered if I would be able to pull the 80# too. Now I can cock my own bow and can go hunting. :rockwoot:

Hubby has already used it to get a doe this fall.

Congrats Rayne, I'm sure you will put it too good use.

I tend to let farm books pile up before I do them. Hubby hates it...but he's so slow at typing he puts up with my procrastination. That or he just loves to torture me with book work. :):
