No, we really didn't get that much wind. About 5 minutes of high winds when the front moved through.

I am still in a holding pattern. Waiting for two calls to finish a project and get the bid submitted.

Very late last night the power went out for about 5 hours. Don't know what happen, the wind and rain were over. Must have been a limb that finally fell.

Mine does the same thing. If I'm trying to read something laying on the table, she knows I need her to lay in the middle of it.

Yeah, she does that to the wife. If she is busy at the computer, the Cat thinks that means she should lay on the keyboard.
