Told a guy I needed to get him set up as a customer to get him the balance of the information he requested. My acct department sent him the paperwork to get set up.
A week later we had not received the paperwork back. Guy throws a fit that I had not furnished requested info. I reply that we had not gotten back his paperwork. Guy claims to have never recieved it and asks that I resend.
I contact accounting to resend it, but they are closed. I call the guy back to tell him we will send it in the morning and he states they are filling the paperwork out now.
I didn't resend it, so they had to have gotten it the first time and ignored it.

Maybe, but I'm on the front end of somebody's mistake. It's pretty easy to nail the mistake down, with blueprints and such.You prob do, but since your not in sales, you miss a lot of the stupid stuff.
