you being here is why I asked.. been taking Aleve as prescribed by the doc for my foot and it helpsAbsolutely. Nothing to worry about as long as it subsides in a couple days.

trust me I know.. I have lots of thatGlad to hear it! Aleve is a miracle product for people with bone/joint pain!
trust me I know.. I have lots of that
TMJ, Arthritis in my hips, the foot injury... that's more of a tendon or muscle strain but it's working for it. He has me taking 2 tablets, 3 x's a day... please tell me that isn't to much ? Only for the next 4 weeks though
thank youThat's a pretty large dose, but I wouldn't say it's "too much." I'd rather take a higher dose of Aleve than a moderately high dose of some other prescription NSAID like meloxicam. If you're only doing it for 4 weeks I wouldn't be concerned. Just be on the look out for any stomach or esophagus issues. Acid reflux during the course might point to these issues. The chances are pretty low for such a short duration, though
Again, I wouldn't be concerned. It's a short course and you aren't taking a toxic dose, so if it's helping, continue to follow doctors orders Just be sure you aren't taking any other NSAIDs during the treatment.
Has your doctor suggested anything like Glucosamine or fish oil for your joints?
thank you
no he hasn't I suppose one more pill won't hurt..
