So I just came in from shootin the dueling tree with the hubby....must say, I need to spend a little/lot more time with my pistol and not so much with my rifle.

They both have a purpose. Sounds like you have the rifle down, so yea, stay on the handgun.

I used to not stink at handgun, I do know it hurts my elbow when I hold a proper grip, but I'm not going to use that as an excuse. it hurt but I could still do it. guess I'm really rusty

And stubborn doesn't help. You were supposed to rest the arm, so much for that. You have a lot going on there, so how can you rest it.
