Get a Lube Pad from RCBS and use their case lube.

What kind of lube do you use anyway?

I have a ton of .223 already, I don't need to load any. Was just loading some for something to do. A suck case is a PITA.

It's not the lube. It's some severely oversized cases. I wonder if these were machinegun shot or something.

I've never had good luck with spray lubes. That's how I got stuck cases in the past.
