the problem was the pin that attaches the feed chute to the gun would bend/break. can't fix only replace the broken part. they replaced it with a gizmo the clamps onto the frame of the gun and holds more of the feed chute.Well that sucks. Doesn't look like anyway to fix it in the field. Gun goes down, it stays down.
