When it's too hot inside and have no AC there is not much you can do.

Our AC was broken during one of the time I was in Indy, it was so hot inside for a few days.
Here I we dont even have a need for AC in our homes.

My house is older so we don't have central AC. And we have windows that slide sideways so we have to use special window AC units that are super expensive. We used a big floor AC in the living room this summer and it was terrible.

I would highly suggest she not talk to other cats anyway unless she is already fixed. Kittens are a pain in the ass
