This same thing happened back in July of last year flying home from Ft.Lauderdale, only it was the right ear last time. It happened almost exactly a week ago flying into California from Denver.

I've considered it, however most ENTs require a referral from your regular doctor, which I don't even know who that is. I've not needed anything in a long while.

I was congested and nursing a cold all last week, so I'm wondering how much that has to do with it. From what I've read, it's directly related. My cold is pretty well cleared up now, hopefully the ear is soon to follow.

He had me gargle water while he blew air up my nose. It was wierd feeling but it worked.

My current ENT told me if it doesnt clear up after a week on its own it propably never will.
