I just do what the trainer tells me too.
first goal is to get below 18% body fat. if all goes according to "my Plan" I should be there around the end of march. then I have some arbitrary strength and lifting goals.What are the goals of your new program?

Since I don't drink it would probably be more like 1 shot, 2 shot, 3 shot, Floor....so you do 10 quick shot and they who gives a flying FXXX,
