I slept less than two hours last night, I dont usually have that much.

Wow, a couple of weeks ago, I had two consecutive nights with about 3 hours sleep each, I felt brain dead. I don't know how you do it.

I can understand that. Up until a couple months ago that was my average amount of sleep. I feel for you.

It's not that bad yet, I just have been awake for 11 or so hours for now so im not really tired.

Im used to staying awake for a long time, over 24 or 30 hours sometimes.
After a while if you can stay awake long enough you actually dont fell tired anymore.
