I had my usual pot of coffee this morning. It doesn't do much to keep me awake anymore. I'll have another whole pot when I get home from work and I'll still sleep fine. Every once in a while I get in these ruts that make me feel like I could sleep for a week.

then there was a mess up with the antibiotics and the meds I am on currently

they don't work together.. so had to wait for the doc to call back something different. was sound asleep catching some of the z'ss I missed last night and the phone rang and woke me up.. grrrr

yep a zpac and some kind of cough syrup that will knock me out so I can sleep

going to go there soon so I can get started on it


the pharmacist called to let me know the doc had called back
