No, but I also don't have that question run through my head when I see sick people at 3am. It's the "my chest has been hurting for a year" patients that I wonder about.

It happens during the day too, but they are smashed with five other patients you see that hour so there's no time to dwell on the inappropriate visit, you just treat 'em and street 'em
