    What would the calorie count be on that dish :dunno:
    Depends on portion, but a hand sized piece of chicken with say, 4 pieces of bacon would be about 450 calories, maybe up to 550. Adding cheese, that's a different story. A single piece of cheese could be anywhere from 45-200 calories. Depends upon what kind of cheese, of course.

    I know bleu cheese goes good with beef, don't know about chicken :dunno:
