My Mortgage bank hit my checking up twice for the mortgage payment. I have the print out from my checking bank that shows it. One transaction after another. Yet, the Mortgage bank is claiming they were only paid once.

I have been bumped up to a Supervisor at least 4 times. Everyone says "that couldn't happen"!!! Well, it did, I have proof, now fix it. Morons.

Nearest branch for the Mortgage bank is an hour away. I might just have to drive over there and talk to a live person to get it fixed.

I've had this same probable with key Bank --and they suck bog sewage
