It would certainly take less time compared to getting everyone to go through a line and all of that.

All so you wouldnt need to know whos all coming -- head count ,and those that bring tag alongs would and could take care of their own .

Sounds like a better plan to me. Then maybe they could get done early too since lunch wouldn't take as long.
