Saturday I was busy doing yard work, and I usually don't get on the computer on the weekends. I did log on yesterday morning cause I forgot what temp to put the biscuits on for. So I had to check my pm's.

Hows the custody going ,will that take long?

NOthing happening till the 31st now. I'm closing on a 2nd house I own and going to finance the whole ordeal from proceeds from the sale. Lawyer has all of the papers drawn up, just waiting for me to cut a check to file everything.

It will be well into Fall before it's finished.

My Ex is Crazy, my 14 year old daughter wants to live here full time, Ex won't come to an agreement, so we are going to have to do it the hard way. I have had several appts with my Attny and filing papers on the 31st.

I've been there and done that... instead of working it out amicably the ex had to have me threaten court and more $ etc.
