No fireworks here. They cancelled them because of the dry conditions. Last I heard, they may use them over Labor Day weekend if weather permits.

just hamburgers here...and I tried summer shandy since I've heard so many talk about it...I'm not impressed.

Too hot. We are just doing a cold rabbit food salad with Hard boiled eggs, deli roast beef & cheese. Don't want anything heavy in this weather.

Well a buddy of mine has a awning up near where we are parked. So I will at least have some shade till the sun sets.

It is dry, but our fire chief said they are having the fireworks even if he has to stand out there with a fire hose and water the grass all day, lol.

Only time I've seen them not happen is when we got stormed out real bad, but they did them the next night instead.

just ran to Kroger... I about melted.. normally my car a/c runs me out... today I was sweating.

going to sit in the house and watch fireworks on tv, unless it is cool enough then I will sit in the backyard when Indianapolis sets them off.

you're doing it wrong! you need the cold pump to run

Yup! Heat pump = ac in the summer and help with the furnace in the fall and spring.

I hope it means lower electric bills :fingerscrossed:
