Yes people ask me if it has anything to do with Indiana Jones.
But some actually know that it's a US state, they are just not sure where it is in the US.

Yeah.In the US I wear a shirt that says FRANCE in the front.
A lady asked me if I was a real French guy one time.I guess there are fake ones around.

After I said "yes", she asked if I was a French guy from France ... then ask if I was actually speaking French.
I guess my English is that great she didn't believe I was French.
She then wanted me to hear the few words of French she learned in school to know what I thought of her accent.

I believe she was "special".
Anyway she was happy to hear that her French accent was REALLY good (even though I didn't understand half of what she tried to say).
She sounded like she could lose it at anytime so I didn't take any chance.

Not much. Had a lady in White Castle asking me to give her a ride. She said she had a fight with her husband and the police dropped her off there and told her to figure out how to get home. She asked me where I was going and I told her I was late for work and didn't have time. No way in hell I'm giving a stranger a ride into Hammond at midnight.
