I guess the mag with the 20 mm shells wont fit in the lower anymore.

He will probably need another stock able to take the recoil too.And a new shoulder to go with it.

Pretty sure HE rounds would require an NFA Stamp, and also I think "Armor Piercing" rounds can't be sold to civilians.

It does a lot of stuff.
