5 meals a day he's on the same schedule as my granddaughter.

You'll be surprised when you meet him, you'd think I was starving the poor guy.

Breakfast at 10pm and brunch at 1am as usual, right?

You may not know that I live on a farm and there is no such word as brunch in our vocabulary.

You have breakfast by 7, then a snack at 10, then dinner at noon, then lunch at 4, which is usually a sandwich, chips and some fruit, and then supper between 7 and 10, depending on the time of year.
I'm practically a short order cook.
