Yep, I spend several days a month in Wisconsin and since I have been working in that area, I have become a cheese snob. I don't buy the crap at the grocery store unless I'm desperate.

Being from a country with nearly 200 kinds of cheeses im a real cheese snob too.
Very hard to find good cheeses in the US at the local grocery store.
