    Tough call. My rule for EDC anything is it has to be a tool I don't mind using and abusing and possibly break or loose. That is just me thought.


    Yeah.. I do that for some knives.. but with others, that are special to me. I still like to carry them for a few days. Get to know them, use them on the toughest of boxes at work :)

    I always carry at least 2 knives, so if I have something that would be considered abuse that i need to do.. it goes to the beater knife. Usually a Benchmade Griptilian or a cheap SOG or Kershaw...
