Once it's cooked it looks and tastes like any other fish.
I had to look up the English name for it.

Good Late Afternoon!

We are having big salads with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden and leftover turkey on top. I made up a bowl of cucumber/tomato salad for tomorrow. It's always better the next day. I threw in some fresh dill and chives from the garden as well.

Helped the neighbor this morning and then went and picked up some curbside free cabinets the hubby found for his fishing lure creating area out in the shop....not sure what else to call it. He stores all of his tackle and poles out there and the cabinets were a perfect replacement for the wooden apple crates he had stacked under the piece of countertop he has out there.

Too hot to do much outside so I picked the garden and then came in.

Plans for tomorrow with some friends. Summer is getting busy.

Burgers will be grilled here this evening.

Manny has 2 pretty good sized chickens that will be on the smoker tomorrow. Ribs on the grill section.
