dad always popped on the stove top, oil, real popper. Damn I miss those days

I had about a 4 hr nap this morning after work. I've been holding the sofa down all day since then.

Popcorn sounds good but I don't feel like making it.

I do smell better though!!

I wonder how late I will be listening to fireworks tonight. Last night was ridiculous.

hubby and I was on the phone, he said they were both in the camper cooling off, he farted and told Liam "Eww it smells". Liam proceeded to to put his face inside his shirt to cover the smell. Promptly pulled his face out and said he'd suffer the fart

I usually get yellow or red at Rentown. Last time I was there I bought a bag of purple. I can't tell if it is any different after it is popped. My whirlypop said not to use olive oil in it so I have not tried that. Hmmmm

I have an old, greasy pan dedicated for popcorn.

You need to get bigger fireworks, mom!

I'm not sure I'll be able to compete with the ones in the park...I don't know if we'll hear them this far out. We used to hear them when they did them at the airport but the new mayor moved it to town. I have no idea how they are going to do them in the park. I can't picture and area clear enough for shooting them off.
