Is it the only off limit food? Or probably everything with lots of sugar like chocolate as well?

High Carbs. They are a no no.
I do get to have a bit of cake on occasion but I do need to watch what I eat.
Even fruit can send my glucose numbers upwards. Natural sugars. And I love fruit.

There is no reasonable places any more. $60 a Ric is standard.
Likely to be $65/$70 this fall.
