Evening folks! I spent the afternoon out by the fire pit working on the daughter's bf's Christmas gift. I decided to light a fire around 3 because there was some stuff sitting there that needed to be burned...needed to clean up some loose stuff. Added a couple of chunks from the wood shed and it is still burning, but I don't feel like going back out. There are bats swooping all over out there!

Pork roast was perfect. I had enough kraut in the crock pot that it was not overpowering the roast or the veggies. I need to dig around in the freezer and see if I have any more of my homemade kraut hidden in there. This must have been left over and frozen from when I made it before as it had a few chunks of sausage mixed in.
