Just returned from Knoxville, TN...... That is a pleasant drive...

Evening lurkers!
Neighbor was doing well when I left her around 6. Finally waking up and seemed to be feeling okay. They tried to do a spinal on her rather than general anesthesia, but she has too much hardware in her spine so they couldn't get it to work. She has had some major surgeries in her past.
General anesthesia knocked her out and then she didn't want to wake up and was pretty groggy most of the afternoon. She kept asking if I was taking her home this evening. They hadn't had her up yet to walk when I left so we'll see if she is able to go home tomorrow as they had planned.
Her daughter has to work tomorrow so her son and I will both be around if they do discharge her.
