Lived here 12 years now, and really haven't done anything but paint.
I've changed one big room into a smaller room and made a big linen closet in the new smaller room/ hallway

Working on the front room now, redid the beam across the room, sheetrocked it this time. Added ceiling light to the room, it never had overhead lighting.
